Bought a townhome in 2009 for $325 in Bella Vista

My husband and I used Kristin to help us purchase our home last year. We found her name on the "for sale" sign outside of a house that we wanted to see and contacted her, but when that home wasn't for us she helped us find another place. We received daily emails from Kristin with homes in our price range and in the neighborhoods we were interested in living in (Queen's Village, Bella Vista, Graduate Hospital and Washington Square West) and set up appointments with her to see many of those homes as well as a few others that we found on our own. Kristin scheduled appointments for, and took us to see, at least 50 homes during our search. She was never upset with us and never acted as though we were taking up too much of her time even though we called on her so often. We were involved in 3 bidding wars for 3 different houses before we finally found our house and Kristin was there with us through all of it. She helped with filling out paperwork and contacting mortgage brokers for pre-qualifications with each offer. When we finally had an offer accepted Kristin was with us through all of our post-inspection negotiations and by our side at closing. Our inspector found a beam with minor termite damage in the basement and the bank would not sign off on a loan for us until a contractor fixed it and certified that the beam sturdy. Kristin not only helped us find a contractor but she dealt directly with him for us and got his sign off so that it was one less thing we had to worry about before closing. I would use Kristin again and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
