EVERY HOME HAS A STORY. WE'RE HERE TO SHARE IT.
The Philly Home Girls Team was founded in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2011 by Jeanne Whipple and Kristin McFeely who attribute their unique approach to real estate to their similar mindset, work ethic and backgrounds in design, marketing, advertising and architecture. Both with Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees, they joined forces at Coldwell Banker determined to sell real estate differently. The partnership grew out of Jeanne and Kristin’s vision to develop a culture of authenticity and creativity in real estate. The partnership progressed to a team by adding seven savvy women to leverage creativity, talent, experience and the sharing of ideas. With agents Deirdre Affel, Sheena Marziano, Stefania Zuccarini, Carly Harris, Rachel Shaw, Britt McLaughlin, Allison Fegel, and Christian Fegel; licensed Transaction Manager, Zoe Fox, Transaction Coordinator Jessica Farrell and Marketing Manager, Gemma Schaefer; the Philly Home Girls understand that collaboration is the key to success.
The Philly Home Girls have sold over $200M in real estate and have enjoyed an almost strictly referral-based business. They have earned praise from David Bell Professor of Marketing at Wharton, Aronte Bennett, Professor of Marketing at Villanova and were featured in the Real Estate section of the Philadelphia Inquirer for innovative methods of utilizing social media to market real estate. The Philly Home Girls have been recognized as the #6 team in the Philadelphia region and were ranked #15 in sides and #16 in volume in all of Pennsylvania in 2016 according to Real Trends. They received the Five Star Referral Award in Philadelphia Magazine and are one of the highest ranked real estate teams on Yelp. The team is currently ranked the #1 team overall within the Coldwell Banker Preferred 10 office franchise for the past four years (#1 in GCI, #1 in overall total units sold and #1 in buyer units sold) and the #8 NRT team nationwide in units sold. The Philadelphia Business Journal and Forum of Executive Women recognized the Philly Home Girls with the Advancing Women Company Award in 2016.
