I’ve called Philadelphia home since 2006, when I first came here to attend Temple. Over the years, I’ve lived all across the city, but South Philly has always had my heart and it was a match made in heaven when my partner and I bought our home in West Passyunk.

Before real estate, I spent decades in hospitality—bartending, coordinating events, and even working in wine sales. That chapter gave me a deep love for connecting with people, along with a true insider’s knowledge of Philly’s neighborhoods and even its surrounding suburbs. Buying my own home was a turning point for me; the process was eye-opening and exciting, and it inspired me to finally make the leap into real estate.

Now, I’m here to guide clients through the same journey. Whether it’s a first purchase, a next step, or selling their home to move up. My goal is always to make the process feel seamless, supportive, and a positive transition, just like my own realtor did for me (they too are a Philly Home Girl!).

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me at favorite local spots like Superette with all the vibes, popping into Villa di Roma for a seat at the bar, or Fountain Porter for casual nights. I’m a big fan of hot pilates, biking the Schuylkill River path, hiking in the Wissahickon, and quick weekend getaways. I also have a long term goal of exploring more European spots after our mind blowing trip to the South of France. I’m also a passionate cook and co-run a sandwich pop-up called Sally’s & Sammy’s. Hosting, sharing good food, and bringing people together has always been in my DNA—and now I get to do the same by helping people find the spaces where their own stories will unfold.

Philly is a city that thrives on energy, and community and that’s exactly how I approach real estate. I’m here to make sure every client feels supported, informed, and empowered, whether it’s your very first place, your forever home or selling and moving up. Let’s make your Philly dream a reality.

I grew up in Liverpool, England, and after moving to this side of the world, I’ve lived everywhere from Texas to California to Mexico before finally settling in Philadelphia. I have enjoyed calling Fishtown and Rittenhouse Square home, and now live in Queen Village with my partner and cat Yoghurt (yes, spelled the British way).

My background has always blended creativity, travel, and people-focused work. I studied Art History, worked in graphic design, and later moved into luxury retail, where I helped fit and order custom men’s suits. I loved being part of my clients’ big life moments—weddings, graduations, interviews, even the occasional court date. Real estate felt like the natural next step: helping people through one of the biggest moments of their lives, with guidance and care along the way.

Whether you’re a Philly native or new to the city, I love helping people explore neighborhoods, navigate the market, and find a home that truly fits their life. My goal is to make the experience feel easy, confident, and even a little exciting. Listing your home has so many steps to think of, from staging to pricing strategy to negotiating submitted offers. I am here to make it more manageable and to be a steady organized presence to help it go as smoothly as possible.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring Philly’s neighborhoods—burgers at Lucky’s Last Chance in Queen Village, coffee at Gilda in Fishtown, noodles at Dan Dan near Rittenhouse. If I am not out and about at a concert (the music scene in Philly is amazing!) I’ll be home curled up with a good book, a proper cup of tea and cat by my side. With family across an ocean, my long distance travel is often dedicated to visiting the UK, although visiting US National Parks with expansive mountain ranges is on my bucket list!

So let’s get out there together and have some fun, because finding a home should be a moment you remember for all the right reasons.

I’ve always been drawn to the idea of helping people feel truly at home, and when I discovered that real estate could be the path to do just that, everything clicked. These days, I get to walk alongside people during one of the biggest (and most emotional) purchases of their lives—and that’s a responsibility I don’t take lightly.

After years of moving around—from California to Las Vegas to various corners of Pennsylvania—I’ve finally landed somewhere that feels like home: Bryn Mawr. I’ve been in the Philly area for a couple of years now, and I’m still in awe of the architecture, the history, and the way each neighborhood has its own heartbeat. Becoming a REALTOR® here felt like the most natural next step.

Before real estate, I worked in project management roles within healthcare and social services, most recently in housing stability programs for low-income families. That experience gave me a deeper understanding of how complex and emotional the path to housing can be—and how transformative it is to have someone to help navigate by your side. I’m especially excited about becoming your go-to resource for first-time buyers, helping you learn all the ins and outs of grants and homebuying programs (Philly has an incredible offering!). I love helping people who may be just beginning to imagine homeownership, especially those navigating tight budgets, big life shifts, or a whole lot of questions.

Outside of real estate, I’m usually hanging with my dog Lando—half lab, half corgi, and full-time cutie—exploring new parks or hunting for the best shawarma in the city. On weekends, I’m either checking out a new trail, farmers market, or film screening, or planning my next road trip (30 states down, 20 to go!).

My approach to real estate is a lot like my approach to life: curious, collaborative, and driven by connection. If you’re dreaming of a home in Philly or the surrounding ‘burbs, I’d be honored to help you find it—and to make sure the journey there feels informed, supported, and of course, a whole lot of fun.

Hey there! I’m Daniel Benjamin, your rental agent. Originally from the hustle and bustle of NYC, I've traded skyscrapers for the vibrant community vibes of East Kensington, which my wife and I now call home. Transitioning into a new abode can be daunting, but I’m all about making it as smooth as possible for you.

When I’m not busy matching folks with their dream homes, you’ll likely catch me exploring local hangouts like Monkey Club, Martha, or Meeting House. Beyond my neighborhood haunts, I’m a lover of warm weather and beaches. Whether it's chilling on a beach in Mexico or the Jersey Shore count me in!

With a background in writing restaurant reviews for New York Magazine, I've honed my eye for detail and knack for spotting the special qualities that make a space unique. A rental may not be forever but it should feel like home while you are there. I’m dedicated to ensuring your experience is enjoyable and stress-free. Let’s make finding your next home an adventure together!

People often ask “Why are you a realtor?” and the answer comes easily. My passion is to help people, especially as they make important decisions such as where to make their home. Be it renting for a period of time or long term, I enjoy being a part of that important process.

In my past life I worked in TV production for an ABC daytime show called The Chew. After that, I sold Medicare Insurance which led me into the wellness realm and teaching yoga. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2018 at CorePower Yoga and most recently Monarch Yoga. All of those are working within a team, which is exactly what your realtor should be! A team member who is navigating and negotiating for your best interests.

I’ve lived in Center City, Fitler Square (so pretty!), and currently live in Old City with my partner Edgar. I adore this city and you’ll often spot me coffee in hand, post-yoga class, just wandering and not forgetting to look up. My partner and I get Mexican food almost every Sunday night at Adelita (I love their enchilada mole) in South Philly, for coffee you’ll find me at Old City Coffee, I love the burgers at Two Robbers, and take yoga at Monarch :). When it’s sunny skies and the work is done, Edgar and I will often hop over to join my family for beach time in Longport Beach, NJ.

Building community is something I hold onto dearly and I want to do more than sell you a home. I want you to fall in love with your neighborhood and find your true home. Introducing my clients to new parts of the city or finding their perfect spot in a neighborhood that’s already a favorite is what it’s all about. Let’s get out there together!

There is nothing more satisfying than being able to call where you live "home". Whatever the story behind your buying or selling journey, I want the outcome to be the same; to make the process as easy and stress free as possible!

My real estate career started with my love of interior design. My husband, Edon, is a general contractor and would frequently ask for my advice on finishing touches on certain properties. Eventually, we were lucky enough to build and create our current home, and after that, I knew that working with clients to find their dream space was where I was meant to be.

My previous past work life includes working with animals whether at a kennel or a Veterinary Hospital and a small amount was in the restaurant business. Both fields are very customer service oriented (and busy!) which has made the transition into my real estate career that much easier.

I love touring the suburbs with clients (I grew up in Bucks County), as well as the neighborhoods of Philadelphia. Ten years ago I started putting down my Philly roots in Rittenhouse Square and for the past 6 years have lived in Grays Ferry with my husband, our son Davi and dog Linus. Our go-to places are just blocks away from my home. Dock Street Brewery in South Philly for good drinks, Chicks and L'anima for good food, and Small Oven Pastry Shop to satisfy my sweet tooth. Whether going out for food and drinks with friends and family or finding a new activity to do with my son, I enjoy being surrounded by my favorite people. That includes my clients!

I've been obsessed with real estate since my early college days. I was the one who looked for the apartments for my roommates and myself. It’s no surprise I love being a Philly Home Girls rental agent, it really is fun for me!

As your rental agent, together we will determine your budget, neighborhoods you may be interested in and move in date. I’ll build a rental portal that suits your criteria and will show you rentals that are available via the MLS. We’ll search as a team and find you a place to call home. Communication is key when negotiating rentals. You can expect me to keep you up to date, keep you looped into what is needed for your rental application (it can differ from landlord to landlord), and be here for any questions you may have.

When I am not finding the right fit for my clients, you may find me around my neighborhood of Port Richmond where I live with my husband and my furry rescue Iggy. My top three local spots that I always recommend are Pizza Richmond for the best pizza and soft serve, La Roma has a great variety of cuisine from different countries (but the handmade pasta is a must) and their sister restaurant Nemi for the best Mexican food! On days when my husband and I can escape, you’ll find us exploring a new city, camping in the woods or admiring old architecture in a foreign country.

It’s important to me to make your rental experience as smooth as possible. Let’s do this together! Give me a ring or fill out the form below to get started.

Having biked, hiked and scooted all over this city I can safely say I dig the vibes of our City of Brotherly Love. I have called Fishtown home for over 20 years. I love bumping into friends in the neighborhood, exploring secret spots and the small biz’s that keep the community going. As a member of a Tile, Terrazzo and Stone Finisher union I’ve helped build this city too. I’ve worked on the Philadelphia stadiums, Comcast Towers and the stunning renovation at the Art Museum to name a few.

Let’s find your new home together. Is it in the heart of the city center, along the banks of the Schuylkill or tucked away behind the tree lined drive in the burbs? No matter where you land, it’s important to me that your home buying experience is always up to PHG standards. That means we’ll have fun along the way (I have an endless roster of puns and dad jokes), I’ll help you understand the ins and outs of details throughout the process and will make buying or selling a home a stress-free breeze.

If I’m not hunting for the perfect fit with clients, you’ll find me and my wife ordering all the noodles at Cheu/Nunu Fishtown or hanging with friends at Memphis Tap Room. Another fav hangout spot is lazing on the couch at the end of the day with our wonderful wiener dogs Dash and Deuce snuggled on each side. Follow my travel Instagram to catch my latest trip (hint Croatia is often the star of the show) and if you ever want to book that special trip after we settle you into your new digs you know where to find me.
