Allison Fegel

I'm Allison, a Philadelphian, born and raised. As a child, I moved all around the area, living in East Mount Airy, the Northeast, Bensalem and then the Main Line. I spent summers down the shore in Ventnor, Atlantic City, and Ocean City. I currently live with my husband (Philly Home Guy, Christian) in our South Philly row home with our six-year-old son, Oliver and 5, yes I said 5, cats.  We love our neighborhood, Passyunk Square, and might be bold enough to claim it’s the best 'hood in the city! Raising my son in Philadelphia, in a neighborhood I love is an enriching experience for my family of 3.

In my free time, I help run the CityKids Consignment Sale,  a non-profit kids consignment sale run 2x per year in South Philly. As a parent, you buy so much stuff!  Why not recycle it back into the community and make a little cash a the same time.  The sale benefits Lilypad, a parenting/event space in South Philly.  I also tend to my garden at Capitolo Community Garden, I'm involved in the HSA at Andrew Jackson Elementary where my son attends school.

Prior to joining the PHG team, I worked for many years as a digital project/product manager at many mighty Philadelphia-based companies.  I like to say that my love of music and my obsession with the early days of MTV lead me on my career path as I went from working in record stores to, the first online music store.  We sold music online when Amazon only sold books! From there I made my way to Comcast, Urban Outfitters and then to well-known digital agencies Razorfish, Happy Cog and Think Company.

I'm bringing my experience as a client facing project manager into a new industry, real estate! I’m learning the ropes with the Philly Home Girls and I'm excited to forge new relationships and help my clients buy, sell and rent their homes.

Growing up I used to LOVE going to open houses with my Mom, but it wasn’t until I went through the home buying process myself that I realized how overwhelming it could be and how important it was to have a knowledgeable guide. I never anticipated how proud I would be of myself, and how powerful I would feel purchasing my own home. I want to help other do people that. I love Philadelphia. I’ve watched her grow over the years into a world-class city with a huge personality, uniquely her own. How lucky are we to live in a city with such a variety of distinctly different neighborhoods to explore? I want to share it all!

In 2008 I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Graphic Design. I swung through Philadelphia on my way to job hunt in NYC, and decided to make this city my home. I bought a heavy duty U-lock for my bike and moved into a microscopic 180 SF studio in Center City on Walnut street. I eventually moved to the Graduate Hospital area, before finally buying my home in Fishtown in 2013.

Prior to obtaining my real estate license and joining the Philly Home Girls, I worked as a Graphic Designer. I was first introduced to the world of commercial real estate while working in the CBRE Marketing Department. I joined the Philly Home Girls so I could draw real value from the work I do and the relationships I nurture. I want to help people not only find their ideal home, but also guide them as they invest themselves in the city. It is my goal to help my clients plant their roots and continue to grow and improve our city’s neighborhoods, communities and schools.

When I'm not fiddling with keys and lockboxes, you can find me tooling around on my bike, checking out pop-up beer gardens and taking pictures of my cat.

Growing up in Bucks County with a Realtor as a mother, and a residential builder for a father, my childhood memories are filled with open houses, job sites, and dreaming about building my perfect home one day. The passion my parents have for their business and craft instilled a work ethic, passion, and drive in me to help others realize the home of their dreams could be a reality. Whether it's helping buyers "see" the possibilities of a rehab, or finding the perfect turn-key property, I'm dedicated to your cause.

Living in Philadelphia for the past 7 years has been nothing short of amazing with each neighborhood having that je ne sais quoi drawing you in. I ultimately settled on Passyunk Crossing, where I purchased, gutted, and rehabbed my first home. Before pursuing real estate, I was the Director of Operations for a local software company. In a more distant past life, I held positions in corporate meeting and event planning, as well as Director of Sports Information for University of South Carolina Beaufort, and a mix of hospitality and planning positions.

I’ve lived in South Philly for 15 years and I can’t believe how much it has changed! Prior to becoming the first Philly Home Guy, I worked as a Newspaper Reporter, Penn researcher for Veterans who suffer from sleep disorders caused by PTSD, as well as an oyster shucker in Seattle. Shortly after, I tried managing my own rental and made a million mistakes. Even through a tough learning curve, my love for looking at properties in Philadelphia kept growing and in 2012 I started South Philly Rental Management LLC. As a real estate agent, I genuinely want to help buyers find their dream house and eventually their dream investment property. I have a special soft spot for older homes and hope to join home buyers on their journey to find the perfect place to live.

I love the secret little places in each Philly neighborhood; like the BioPond in West Philly, the Barbacoa in South Philly and sledding the bowl in Clark Park. In my spare time I enjoy coaching my 6-year-old's soccer team, gardening in Capitolo Park and shopping for ripe avocados in the Italian Market vender stalls.

Carly Harris

Hello! I'm Carly Harris, CBS Sunday Morning's #1 fan.

Native to PA and currently residing in Fishtown, I am a Temple grad (go owls!) with a B.A. in Advertising, and a concentration in Art Direction. My passion lies in serving my clients, knowing that my heart and my knowledge of Philadelphia real estate is the best gift I can give others. I pride myself on being meticulous when it comes to contracts and organization. My job is to help make your transaction seamless, stress-free, and fun!

In my life before real estate, I was in project management at an advertising agency. I attribute much of my success as a project manager to cultivating strong interpersonal relationships on the team and with clients. When I'm not helping my clients sell their property or find their dream home, I can be found in Fishtown with my husband, tending to our small city garden, working on a home improvement project, or jumping in the car to squeeze in a quick North Cape May (bayside) visit with family.

I love trying new recipes, pumpkins, Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, and all things DIY.

Jessica Farrell

This born and raised Jersey Girl has nothing but “LOVE” for her next door neighbor, Philadelphia. When I am not sitting with my toes in the sand on the Jersey beaches I adore exploring every nook and cranny of the city, whether it is attending a Flyers game in South Philly, walking South Street/Penn’s Landing area or simply joining the tourists in Center City. Who wouldn’t love to be where there is something new and exciting to do and see every day, surrounded by truly unique and FUN individuals!

Originally from Stratford, NJ I moved to Passyunk Ave in South Philly and quickly grew to love working and living in the city. After ten years, I decided to move back to my hometown to live with my three kids but do miss the excitement of sitting on my “stoop” at night watching the world go by. I attended Stockton State College and obtained my Associates in Environmental Sciences before graduating from American Intercontinental University with a Bachelors of Science. Through my career, I have dabbled in many industries: mortgage, healthcare/pharmaceutical, executive search, and architecture. While they all varied diversely the one thing I have always loved about my jobs are the amazing people I get to meet and so jumping into Real Estate seemed like a perfect match.

As a sports mom, most of my days are spent watching my son on the baseball field, coaching my girls and their soccer teammates or being one of those loud annoying hockey moms. When I have a few moments to be me I love to read, write poetry and short stories, or get my hands dirty doing anything crafty. A lover of the outdoors I am always up for an adventure whether it be hiking in the woods of Jersey, fishing or exploring the streets of Philly. If there is a fun event or concert going on in the city chances are you will bump into me there!

Kristin McFeely

I’m Kristin McFeely, road tripper, old music lover, architecture junkie, vintage treasure hunter and promoter of all things Philly real estate. I’ve spent the last decade meeting amazing people, digging up all the dirt on Philly and collaborating with the best and smartest creative team in real estate. The result is The Philly Home Girls.

Originally from Downingtown, PA with summers spent on the beaches in Ocean City, Maryland, I currently reside in West Mount Airy. I live in a big, old lifetime-rehab-project of a house with my handy artist husband, two lovable cats, a dozen motorcycles, two classic cars and countless dead houseplants.  I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1998 from The University of the Arts and discovered my addiction to travel and love of architecture during an independent study in Art History and Printmaking in Europe. I later completed a certificate in Interior Design at Moore College of Art and became a hoarder of mid-century furniture and architectural design magazines. My fine art background led to a short-lived career in advertising and graphic design and my interest in building construction, architecture and interior design eventually progressed to my second love: purchasing and rehabbing my own homes and investment properties.

A licensed Realtor since 2005, I am a member of the National Association, Pennsylvania Association and The Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors. I am a Certified Relocation Specialist, am a leader in the Coldwell Banker Preferred Mentor Program and have been welcomed into Coldwell Banker Preferred’s Diamond Society, International Sterling Society, and International President’s Circle. I sit on the West Mt. Airy Zoning Committee Board and am a Big Sister to the most amazing not-so-little-anymore girl through the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program. When I’m not selling real estate and promoting the City of Brotherly Love, I can be found traveling the roads of America in a big white van looking for antiques and treasures and visiting craft breweries along the way.

I don’t sell houses; I sell homes, and my business is based on relationships, not transactions. I love what I do and I look forward to meeting and working with you!

Sheena Marziano

The real estate process can be a lengthy and sometimes frustrating endeavor, which is why you need someone trustworthy to help you navigate how to find or move on from your home. I’m Sheena Marziano, and my journey to help clients through the real estate process has brought me to the Philly Home Girls.

Originally a South Jersey resident, I’m a self-proclaimed nomad. I’ve been lucky enough to experience the best that Philadelphia has to offer alongside my own home state. I’ve been a Philly resident on and off for the past 10 years including settling down in neighborhoods such as Center City and Fishtown. Currently, I’m a stone’s throw from the sports stadiums with my Realtor boyfriend and energetic pit bull, Shae (yes, that is a GoT reference).

Prior to my career in real estate, I worked at a daycare for over 3 years exclusively in the toddler room. Willingly. No, I’m not crazy. I’ve actually acquired an almost Zen-like patience after my experience with potty training and the “terrible twos”. When you’re dealing with the ins-and-outs of real estate, that’s a priceless quality to have.

In an almost backwards way, I obtained my New Jersey license in 2010, and immediately started working in PA for the Philly Living Team. I joined the team as a transaction coordinator to learn the ropes. During my time there, I grew into a variety of roles and was directly responsible for managing anywhere from 40-70 transactions simultaneously. One of the aspects I’m most proud of is how I helped grow the team, as we moved from just 3 members to 25 in only 4.5 years. As I evolved in my position I wanted to learn even more about the industry, which led me to obtain my Pennsylvania Real Estate license. I loved meeting new people and getting directly involved in the buying and selling process, so real estate sales ended up being the place where I was able to shine. By a stroke of luck, I found that my desired business model was similar to the lovely ladies at the Philly Home Girls, and now I’m able to be part of the most exciting and creative team in Philly.

I’m a licensed Realtor, Notary Public, and a member of the Greater Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. I also serve as a member of the events committee for The Lemon Society of Philadelphia – the young professionals’ chapter of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. When I’m not on the clock, I enjoy brunching, road tripping (or any kind of travel, really), cooking, and attending every single Eagles game with my Dad. I am committed to guiding you through the real estate process and I look forward to meeting you!
