I’ve called Fishtown home for the past 15 years, and over that time I’ve developed a deep understanding of Philadelphia's incredible neighborhoods, our local market, and what makes a home truly work for someone’s lifestyle. My focus is on helping people find the right home for wherever they are in life—whether that’s a one-year lease, a forever home or selling a beloved home. It’s not one-size-fits-all, and I take that seriously.

My background is a bit unconventional in the best way. I spent over a decade in academic publishing before running the office of a union carpentry company here in the city, which gave me a hands-on understanding of how homes are built, maintained, and improved. That perspective shapes how I guide my clients, whether we’re evaluating a property’s potential or navigating the details of a transaction.

Outside of work, I’m usually somewhere in Fishtown. I love a good old fashioned hang at Les and Doreen's (especially when they have a Spicy Time Thai pop up!) and can also get into a great cocktail at Cormorant. My husband, Chris, and I tend to celebrate special occasions at Wm. Mulherin’s Sons or Cicala at the Divine Lorraine. When the weather’s nice, you’ll find me in the backyard grilling with Chris and our dog Stanley, a sweet mastiff/pit bull mix. And if I’m not local, I’m probably traveling. New Orleans is my favorite U.S. city, and Italy will always have a special place in my heart as it’s where we tied the knot.

I grew up in Duncannon, PA, about a mile from the Appalachian Trail. Ironically, I’ve never actually been on it (still on my bucket list). But I’ve always appreciated being close to both nature and a strong sense of community, which is a big part of why Philadelphia, and especially Fishtown, has felt like home for so long.
