I’ve been living in Philadelphia since 2018, first in West Philly and now in Old City, where I’ve happily settled in with my fiancée and made the neighborhood our home. I spend a lot of time walking the city (sometimes quite literally end to end), exploring its rhythms, and getting to know how each pocket connects to the next.

Before real estate, my background was rooted in construction auditing and project management here in Philly, along with supply chain logistics for a chemical manufacturing company operating nationwide. Those roles sharpened my attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage complex moving parts. Lucky for me, these are skills that translate naturally into real estate.

I was drawn to this career because I genuinely enjoy working with people and find it far more rewarding to help clients achieve real, tangible wins. There’s something deeply satisfying about guiding someone through a major milestone and knowing your work made a meaningful impact. I’m motivated by the idea of helping build strong, welcoming neighborhoods filled with good people and being part of that growth in a hands-on way.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me in Old City grabbing a bite at Tuna Bar, Tu Riconcito, Race Street Café, or Torch Wood, or walking along the Delaware River Trail. Weekends are usually spent doing what I love most: walking the city and taking it all in.

My favorite place I’ve traveled is Yellowstone, Wyoming—a reminder of how powerful space and place can feel. At home, I’m outnumbered by my three cats: Korra, Clove, and Bisky (which is funny, considering I was extremely allergic to cats until my twenties). And one of my favorite life coincidences: my fiancée and I met as kids through Holt Camp, the international adoption agency we were both adopted through.

Let’s shoot for the moon together! Finding a home is really about finding your place in the city. If it means walking a few extra neighborhoods, grabbing a coffee along the way, and getting to know the area together, even better.
