When our timeline suddenly shifted up, Rachel did a tremendous job making sure we were prepared (re: pre-approved) and pulled together a comprehensive list of homes for us to see across the neighborhoods we were interested in.
Thanks to her expertise, we were able to submit a competitive offer (my first offer!) which beat out the others to get accepted. A huge thank-you to Rachel and Perry and the rest of their team!
In the end, we went with a home that was nothing like what we had originally described and yet Melissa was endlessly supportive and happy to deviate/change courses at any given moment.
