With Clare's advice, we ended up with several offers over ask price within a few days of listing the house (and one open house). She did a great job guiding us through the process of selecting an offer (turns out there's more to it than just picking the highest number sometimes).

I noticed this " Philly Home Girl" sign on a neighbor’s house and saved the number.... and I called soon thereafter and was put in contact with Clare.... she took this problem house on!!... she told me what I needed to do to sell it and it sold in little over a month.
