She was extremely helpful and friendly- she gave me a breakdown of the various neighborhoods she thought would be suitable for me, patiently answered any questions I had, showed me a bunch of apartments, and served as an excellent sounding board while I was deciding between different spots.

She was so friendly and warm but also highly competent and communicative.
