The day we arranged to meet up and tour apartments was sweltering hot and we were late for the first appointment due to flight delay. Vee handled the situation magnificently and within a few hours we had identified our dream apartment.

After we got back home, she did a virtual tour of one last listing—and it ended up being the one! She even went back afterward to grab measurements to help us start planning our new space.
