My wife and I loved working with Jeanne! We contacted Jeanne through Zillow just a day or two before we were going to an open house in the Washington Square West neighborhood in Philadelphia. She responded quickly and met up with us after the open house, with an incredible packet of other places to look at. She brought us to other areas in our price range that we had not previously considered, and plotted routes of open houses out for us to check out on our own as well. We were relocating from New York, so we had limited time in Philadelphia. But, on each visit, Jeanne always made the most of our time. We were so grateful to have Jeanne there to walk us through every step of the home buying experience. When the home we initially put an offer on didn't work out, she quickly regrouped to help us find other options. In the end, we ended up in a home that we love, and we owe much of that to Jeanne. She's hard-working and professional, but also easy to talk to and fun to work with. We would highly recommend Jeanne to anyone looking for a buyer's agent.
