I never once felt that Rachel was acting as an order taker. She truly cared, was quick to respond, understood my situation, and had answers immediately....if not immediately within the hour
She is very thoughtful and responsive. She's great at explaining things and giving an honest opinion of what she would do. Her advice has always led us in the right direction.
Vee was super helpful at helping a couple of New England transplants (with a baby on the way!) find a rental home quickly in the Graduate Hospital area.
