Rachel took time to get to know what I was looking for in a home, and brought a lot of enthusiasm with her! She was really knowledgeable when it came to what to expect out of different neighborhoods and areas. Having someone fully explain the buying process (and answer questions at every step!) was invaluable as a first-time buyer. Going out and touring houses with her was fantastic - With her experience, she would always noticed something (pros and cons!) that I wouldn't have paid attention to as being an issue or an asset myself. It was wonderful to have her insight and eyes as we went through each place! After a lot of searching and one attempted offer, the perfect place came along and without Rachel I don't know if I would have gotten it! She was fast-moving and professional, and even though there were a number of offers on the home, she got ours in first and it was accepted! Once the offer was accepted, Jessica Farrell stepped in to help facilitate the buying process. Jessica was very detailed and responsive, answering every question while keeping everything on track - she was absolutely wonderful to work with, I referenced her step-by-step email roadmap constantly. Rachel's professionalism, experience, and enthusiasm made all the difference - if I need to buy or sell property again, I 100% want Rachel!
