Allison was extremely flexible, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout our entire buying process. Over the course of three months, we had to pull out of one house due to issues found during inspection and lost a bidding war on another home, yet Allison kept on top of inventory and continued to provide great service. Lastly, in the home we eventually landed on, there were several plumbing and HVAC issues that surfaced the first night in our new home that showcased the seller had been dishonest in their disclosure and even though the seller was non-responsive, Allison and her brokerage provided us some funds to help address these unexpected costs. They were true ambassadors of Philadelphia and I would highly recommend them.
