During house tours she would point out various systems throughout the home, share her thoughts on what needed replacing or looked a little suspicious, and had us think about how we might really *live* in the space. We ended up buying in Norris Square and she's really gone above and beyond. She has provided recommendations on contractors and designers who can help us with home improvements and even after close she has encouraged us to text her if we have any questions. Throughout this whole process she's been a big sister we can ask any and every question to. Even connected us with other first time homebuyers that PHG sold to in our same neighborhood.
